Certus announces the appointment of Amy Wilson as Chief Operating Officer.
Certus today announced it has appointed Amy Wilson as Chief Operating Officer.
Amy joins Certus after 15 years of progressive experience at United Site Services, a route-based rental equipment company. Amy started her career at United as a Controller and quickly became a Regional President of Operations. She then became Vice President of Field Operations Support and, finally, spent five years as Vice President of Acquisition Integration. Amy is a well-rounded executive who, during her career, integrated over 60 acquisitions and oversaw growth at United Site Services at more than eight times revenue. People First is the foundation of Amy’s leadership style and one of Amy’s favorite activities is running routes with our technicians.
Amy earned her MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California.

Certus entered the market in May 2019 with the acquisitions of Eco Elite Pest Control and Mathis Exterminating to form a sizable platform in the Pacific Northwest. Since then, the company has grown operations through multiple acquisitions and currently is providing services in Washington, Oregon and Florida.
