Certus announces President for Southwest Market.
Certus today announced it has hired Freddie Padilla as their President for the Southwest Market.
Freddie has worked in the pest control and residential solar panel industries for over 20 years, and brings extensive leadership experience in managing sales and operation organizations. He began his career at Terminix International, working for nine years in progressive roles to Branch Manager, and was General Manager at The Steritech Group for eight years. Freddie recently worked for Sungevity Solar as Senior Vice President of Operations, where he improved customer experience and performance while reducing cancellations and safety incidents. He also worked at Verengo Solar as Vice President of Operations.
Freddie studied Business Management at the University of Phoenix and is an Associate Certified Entomologist.

The company expects to continue to grow in its existing markets and enter new markets in 2021.
